I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP. I drive 16 miles to Concord Nissan versus the 2.6 miles to Hilltop Nissan in Richmond. Everyone is always so nice and THOROUGH. My advisor is always able to tell me exactly what my car is due for and even what I’ll be due for next time around so I can prepare. This last time they even washed my car! I was really blown away. And I love Walter my advisor at the Concord Nissan store, he’s the best! I’m so grateful to be able to take my car in to such a wonderful team I can trust! I literally leave with peace of mind every time!

Service was completed on time and Analiese even succeeded in having the shop attach my license plate frame (this was not an easy task because the holes on the frame were too small for the bolts).
